The procedure happens in Istanbul.Your coordinator is in the United States.

Astramedica is a US-based medical-travel coordination company. One coordinator handles your case from the first call to the follow-up: comparing vetted partner clinics, lining up dates, transfers and hotel, and keeping communication in English on US business hours. Independent licensed physicians make every medical decision.

  • One coordinator, first call to follow-up
  • A US phone number, on US business hours
  • Free 15-minute consultation, no obligation

Not a clinic. A US coordinator.

A Turkey trip is a big decision. It deserves a US-based point of contact, clinic comparisons you can actually read, and one plan instead of a stack of chats across time zones. Astramedica does not operate clinics, employ physicians, or make medical decisions.

US-based

  • Booked in the US, coordinated in English
  • One coordinator from first call to follow-up
  • A US phone number, answered on US business hours

Vetted clinics

  • Physician licensure and facility standards checked first
  • Communication cadence reviewed before any introduction
  • The short-list reaches you already pre-filtered

One organized week

  • Clinic, hotel and transfers on a single plan
  • Dates lined up around the clinic calendar
  • One inbox, not a thread per vendor

Coordinated from the United States, in your time zone: before the trip, during the stay, and after you land back home.

Astramedica coordinates planning and logistics. Independent licensed physicians make all medical decisions.

Most of what goes wrong with medical travel goes wrong before anyone gets on a plane. Here is where the two routes actually differ.

The gap people fly for, in public numbers.

Pick a procedure. These are published market ranges from public sources, not quotes and not Astramedica prices. The partner physician sets your real figure after reviewing your case.

These are rough ranges from public sources — not quotes, and not Astramedica's prices. Your real cost is set by the partner dentist after reviewing your case, based on the implant brand, the crown type, and any extra steps like bone grafting.

A week planned around recovery, not guesswork.

Partner clinics in Istanbul are set up for people who flew in: international patient departments, interpreters, and appointment schedules built around a short stay. That is also exactly why the vetting above exists, because a weak clinic can hide inside a busy market.

  • Lower pricing than the equivalent US pathway, from public-source ranges.
  • Recovery-friendly hospitality: hotel, transfers and appointments on one schedule.
  • One organized week rather than a series of separate bookings.

Five steps. You always know which one you are in.

None of this is improvised. Here is the sequence, and what stays our responsibility at each point.

  1. A coordinator taking a call at a home-office desk in the United States, notes and a laptop on the table
    01First call

Tell us what you are considering

Share the service, the timing, and what matters most to you. That first conversation is what lets us coordinate clinic comparisons, scheduling, travel planning, and communication. No medical advice is given on this call, and nothing is booked.

  2. Two people reviewing partner-clinic paperwork at a desk
    02Comparison

    Compare the right options

We narrow the partner-clinic pathways that fit your goals and explain the practical differences clearly: who the surgeon is, what the facility is licensed for, what a quoted package covers and what it does not.

  3. A surgeon in scrubs and surgical loupes waiting at the table before a procedure
    03Before anything is booked

    Partner physician review

If you want to move forward, the independent clinic reviews candidacy and next steps while we coordinate the communication. Method and final price are the physician's call, not ours. If the answer is no, we tell you that.

  4. People walking beside the red tram on a busy Istanbul street
    04Travel week

    Travel made easier

We help line up dates, transfers, hotel planning, and the practical details around your trip, so the week reads as one plan instead of a stack of bookings.

  5. A follow-up consultation between a partner clinic and a patient
    05After you are home

Follow-up stays on the US side

Aftercare instructions come from the clinic that performed the procedure. Chasing answers back from them, collecting records, and scheduling the follow-up calls stays with your coordinator.

Four checks a clinic passes before we ever name it to you.

Vetting here is documentation work: licensing, credentials, the physical facility, then the same review again every year.

Phase 1

Initial Discovery & Screening

Before a clinic enters our network, our coordination team conducts an initial screening based on publicly verifiable criteria. This includes confirming that the facility holds valid Turkish Ministry of Health licensing, verifying JCI (Joint Commission International) accreditation status, and evaluating the clinic's published safety record and patient volume.

  • Valid Turkish Ministry of Health operating license
  • JCI accreditation or equivalent international certification
  • Minimum 5 years of operational history in their specialty
  • No unresolved regulatory actions or sanctions

Phase 3

Facility & Safety Standards Review

Phase 4

Ongoing Compliance & Re-Evaluation

Accreditation and licensing are verified against the issuing bodies. A clinic that stops meeting the criteria is removed from the network.
